Etan Nechin is a writer, journalist, and editor, originally from Israel. His writing has appeared in The Forward, Ha’aretz, Jacobin, Huffington Post, The Independent, Jewish Currents, Medium, Columbia Journal, Jewish Currents, Foreign Views, and more. He holds an MFA in creative writing and translation from Columbia University, where he also served as managing editor for the Columbia Journal. He has written on Israeli politics, Israel-diaspora relations, effects of climate change on developing countries, art, books, and more.
Currently, he is Online Editor of The Bare Life Review: a Journal of Immigrant and Refugee Literature.
