the body is the unconscious mind by Ivanna Baranova
why shouldn’t the psychics advertise
with legitimacy ?
the right thought renders
the hand useful , omniscient
what seeing requires in sacrifice
equations dragging the line
knowing hovers neutral til memory imbues :
life of my life’s understanding
omnilateral wreckage
sorted in crushing directions
the gain is ornamental , mimics minutiae
mimicking passion
I don’t want to be
the one they love most
I want to be the one tracing
circles through the mind
I know vocabulary before tears
catching syllables by fistful , by foresight
overlooking metaphor
in place of song
overlooking song
in place of snowfall
correspondence is love imitating
language imitating weather
playing icy phrases
on the narrow stairs
boycotting the gesture
once you let the language
you have to let it again
